Here you will find concise answers about your purchase at Kitchenland.
Can I see the products on site?
Yes, we have a 180 m² exhibition that you are welcome to visit during our opening hours:
🕘 Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00
For an individual consultation, we recommend that you make an appointment in advance so that we can take enough time for you and your questions.
Of course, you can also pick up your favorite item from us immediately.
What delivery times apply to items in stock?
Items in stock with a delivery time of 1-3 days are usually dispatched on the same day if the order is received by 1:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday) .
Exception: Prepayment orders , as we have to wait for receipt of payment before shipping.
Please note that depending on the workload of our shipping service providers, slight delays may occur in individual cases.
Bulky items (e.g. Lafuma sun loungers) require an additional 2-4 days for delivery.
B2B orders for EU companies
Entrepreneurs from the European Union who wish to purchase goods from us for commercial purposes are welcome to place an order outside of the online shop.
Please simply send us an email to info@kitchenland.de with the following information:
- Valid VAT identification number (VAT ID number)
- Company billing address
- and quantity
After checking your data, we will issue you a corresponding net invoice and process the order manually for you.
Is international shipping possible?
We ship not only within Germany, but also abroad.
During the ordering process, when you enter your delivery address, you will automatically be shown whether shipping to your country is possible.
How does shipping to non-EU countries work?
When shipping to countries outside the European Union, delivery is VAT-free .
Please note: Shipping costs, import sales tax, and any customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These costs are not covered by us.
The exact fees may vary depending on the destination country. We'd be happy to provide you with information in advance – simply send us an email to info@kitchenland.de .
What do I need to consider during delivery?
Delivery with DHL:
Your order will usually be shipped via DHL. Delivery will be made to the address you provide. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your shipment will usually be left at the nearest post office or DHL Packstation for pickup – usually the following business day.
You can also provide DHL with a drop-off authorization or an alternative delivery option (e.g. preferred location or preferred neighbor).
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can view the shipment status at any time.
Delivery by freight forwarder:
We ship large or particularly heavy items (e.g., refrigerators or grills) via freight forwarding. A delivery date will be agreed upon with you prior to delivery. The freight forwarding company will try to accommodate your preferred delivery date as best as possible—please understand that not every request can always be accommodated.
Delivery is free curbside , meaning to the nearest truck-accessible location at your delivery address. Please ensure that enough helpers are available on the agreed delivery date to receive the goods and, if necessary, bring them into your house or apartment.
Here, too, you will receive all relevant information about the shipment by email as soon as the goods are on their way.
How can I place an order?
It's easy: Add the desired items to your shopping cart and follow the order process. You can choose between various payment and shipping options. Once completed, you'll receive an order confirmation via email.

Do you also offer purchase on account?
Yes, under certain conditions, purchase on account is possible.
We offer purchase on account after prior consultation and verification for the following institutions:
- municipalities
- municipal facilities
- Public institutions (e.g. schools, universities)
- Public sector bodies
Please contact us in advance if you are ordering for one of these institutions and would like to use the purchase on account option.

Can I change or cancel my order later?
As long as your order hasn't been packaged or shipped, changes or cancellations are generally possible. Please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@kitchenland.de or by phone so we can check whether an intervention is still possible.
I haven't received an order confirmation – what can I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If you don't see an email there either, it's possible that you entered your email address incorrectly during the ordering process. Just contact us – we'll be happy to help.
I'm looking for an accessory or spare part – can you help?
Yes! If you need an accessory or replacement part for a product you purchased from us, please send us an email with as much information as possible (product name, item number, and possibly a photo) to info@kitchenland.de . We'll be happy to check whether we can get the right part for you.

Are the product images and descriptions binding?
We take great care to present all items as accurately as possible. However, minor deviations (e.g., in colors, packaging, or technical details) may occur in individual cases – especially if the manufacturer makes changes. If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing.
I have a problem with my order – what can I do?
Please send us an email with your order number and a brief description of the problem to info@kitchenland.de . We will work to find a solution as quickly as possible.
