The professionally profiled chrome-plated steel blade ensures a perfect cut, reduces waste, and ensures uniform slices. The blade guard with a continuous profile improves the smoothness of the product to be sliced, and the diagonally opening slice plate facilitates the exit of the slice for optimal performance. The motor unit ensures better performance even when slicing harder products. In addition, the integrated CE-certified safety lock protects and ensures quick and easy cleaning.
