Simply fill the stainless steel bowl with the desired amount of minced meat or other mixture and shape it with the porcelain tamper. Remove the patty and cook it in a pan or on the grill. Thanks to the curved shape of the stainless steel bowl, the patty retains its shape. Ridges created by the ridges in the tamper ensure that the burger is cooked to perfection in no time.
