Diese Garantie besteht zusätzlich zu den gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechten, die dem Verbraucher gegenüber seinem Verkäufer zustehen, und schränkt diese nicht ein. Sie gilt bei normalem, bestimmungsgemäßem Gebrauch im Privathaushalt.

Begriffsbestimmung „Verbraucher“

„Verbraucher“ im Sinne dieser Herstellergarantie ist jede natürliche Person, die Eigentümer des Produkts ist und es nicht zum Weiterverkauf oder für gewerbliche bzw. selbstständige berufliche Zwecke erworben hat.

Garantieleistung

WOLL garantiert, dass die erfassten Serien im Hinblick auf den Pfannenkörper und die Versiegelung (außer Serie Concept) frei von Material-, Herstellungs- und Konstruktionsfehlern sind. Maßgeblich ist der Stand von Wissenschaft und Technik zum Zeitpunkt der Herstellung.

Das Produkt muss den Fehler, der den Schaden verursacht hat, bereits zu diesem Zeitpunkt aufgewiesen haben. WOLL ersetzt innerhalb der Garantiezeit das mangelhafte Produkt durch ein einwandfreies.

Solange dasselbe Modell im Lieferprogramm geführt wird, erfolgt der Austausch gegen ein gleichwertiges Modell. Ist das ursprüngliche Modell nicht mehr verfügbar, wird ein ähnliches, aktuell geführtes Produkt geliefert.

Zur Geltendmachung der Garantie muss der Defekt unverzüglich nach Kenntnis innerhalb der Garantiezeit angezeigt werden. Erforderlich sind die Vorlage des datierten Original-Kaufbelegs und das Einsenden des defekten Produkts an die unten angegebene Adresse des Garantiegebers.

Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum laut Beleg.

Garantieausschluss

Keine Garantie wird übernommen bei:

Nichtbeachtung der in der Gebrauchsanleitung enthaltenen Gebrauchs- und Pflegehinweise
ungeeigneter oder unsachgemäßer Verwendung
fehlerhafter oder nachlässiger Behandlung
Gewalteinwirkung (z. B. Sturz, Schlag, Stoß)
mechanischen, chemischen oder physikalischen Schäden infolge unsachgemäßen Gebrauchs

Von der Garantie ausgenommen sind außerdem:

Produkte, die als 2.-Wahl-Artikel oder Muster gekauft wurden
Produkte, die im gewerblichen Bereich genutzt werden

Betriebsausfall, Gewinnverlust oder Folgeschäden infolge eines Produktdefekts sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen. Ein abgewickelter Garantiefall führt nicht zu einer neuen Garantiefrist; die ursprüngliche Restlaufzeit gilt auch für Ersatzprodukte.
