ROAST BASKET RIB HOLDER
The multifunctional ribs and roasting rack is ideal for roasting meat and poultry. When used upright, it functions as a roasting rack: suitable for slow cooking large cuts of meat or (stuffed) poultry. When inverted, the rack is ideal for grilling spare ribs. Because air can circulate wonderfully around the roasting rack, you'll achieve excellent results. A must-have for meat lovers.
You can also let cooked meat rest in this roasting basket to make it even juicier. Tip: Combine this roasting basket with the matching rectangular drip tray. This allows you to collect the roasting fat and provides a great base for a delicious gravy. The roasting basket holds roasts weighing up to 5 kg.
