With this digital wireless thermometer you can measure both the core temperature of the product and the temperature in the dome of the EGG down to the degree.
Simply insert the transmitter's temperature probe into the product and hold the receiver within range so you can read the temperature from up to 91 m away. Once the desired core temperature has been reached, the wireless thermometer will automatically emit a signal. The thermometer has a unique egg shape and is pre-programmed to the appropriate temperature for different types of meat, such as beef, veal, lamb, pork, poultry, and nine different types of game. The probes are heat-resistant up to 380 °C.
