This cast iron plate has a ridged and a smooth side. The ridged side is for delicate, small dishes, while the smooth side is perfect for frying pancakes or eggs.
Do you want to sear meat quickly to preserve the flavorful juices? Then the cast iron griddle is your perfect outdoor cooking tool. It's also ideal for sea bass cooked on the skin or trout in a herb crust. It's also great for sautéing vegetables or frying bacon. Grilled food cooks quickly and easily on the griddle and is irresistibly delicious. The cast iron griddle has a diameter of 35 cm.
