Warranty coverage:
Coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship, including rust or burnout, under normal use. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge (at Broil King's discretion).

Normal wear and tear, weather conditions, force majeure

Use only original Broil King replacement parts. The lifespan of stainless steel burners depends heavily on care and use. Warranty claims are limited to the original purchase price. For replacement parts, the remaining warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Extensions are not possible.

Warranty case:
Contact your dealer or Broil King directly. Please have the following information available: your receipt, model/serial number, a description of the defect, and photos/videos if necessary. Without a receipt, the serial number will be used to determine the warranty period.
