The descaling tablet, specially developed for JURA fully automatic coffee machines, with an optimized dissolving time, descales cleanly, effectively and with a particularly long-lasting effect.

The descaling process is now presented in two phases:

Phase one: Carefully and completely removes all limescale residue from the fully automatic coffee machine.
Phase two: Seals the fluid system and provides lasting corrosion protection for lines and thermoblock.

The international, independent testing organization TÜV Rheinland has awarded JURA the certificate for microbiologically flawless fully automatic coffee machines, which is awarded according to the strictest criteria. This proves that the original care products, precisely tailored to the electronically controlled programs, ensure TÜV-certified hygiene and cleanliness for every JURA fully automatic coffee machine.

Limescale: Cause of taste impairment and disorders

Limescale builds up when water is heated. Limescale-constricted pipes not only lead to longer heating times and thus increased power consumption, but can even cause the machine to fail completely. Limescale not only damages your fully automatic coffee machine, but also negatively impacts your coffee experience. Although small amounts of limescale are important for flavor, too much limescale leads to a bland aftertaste in the water and—also due to fluctuating water temperatures—prevents the coffee aromas from developing optimally.

Within the 25-month manufacturer's warranty, you can assert your legitimate claims against Jura as the manufacturer. (The extended 25-month warranty period does not apply to household products used commercially or to Jura Commercial X-Line machines. These continue to be covered by a 12-month warranty.)

Of course, you will also retain your statutory warranty rights (e.g. subsequent delivery in the form of new delivery or repair) against us as your contractual partner without restriction.

JURA fully automatic coffee machines that were not purchased from an authorized dealer are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

In the event of a warranty claim, we will arrange for the device to be picked up from your location free of charge by a parcel service and take care of the repair. It is important that the device is securely packaged for return shipment. Upon request, we can provide you with an appropriate outer box.

Warranty conditions:
For appliances designed for household use, JURA Elektrogeräte Vertriebs GmbH grants the end user a manufacturer's guarantee in addition to the warranty rights vis-à-vis the seller, subject to the following conditions, provided that the JURA appliance was purchased from a specialist dealer authorized by the JURA distribution network:
The warranty period is 25 months and begins on the date of sale to the end user. The warranty period is limited to 12 months if the device is used commercially (not in a private household). The purchase date and device type must be verified by a purchase receipt.

JURA will remedy all defects within the warranty period. JURA will provide warranty service, at its discretion, through repair, replacement of defective parts, or replacement of the machine. The performance of warranty service does not extend or restart the warranty period. Replaced parts become the property of JURA.
The warranty is void for damage or defects resulting from improper connection, improper handling, attempted repairs by unauthorized personnel, or failure to follow the instructions. In particular, failure to follow JURA's operating and maintenance instructions or the use of consumables (cleaning agents, descaling agents, water filters) that do not meet the original specifications will also void the warranty. Wear parts (e.g., seals, grinding discs, valves) are excluded from the warranty, as is damage caused by foreign objects in the grinder (e.g., stones, wood, paper clips).

Warranty services are provided in the Federal Republic of Germany. For devices purchased in one EU country and brought to another EU country, services are provided within the framework of the JURA warranty conditions applicable to that EU country.
Warranty services in Germany are carried out by JURA Elektrogeräte Vertriebs GmbH, Nuremberg, or by other JURA service centers authorized by JURA, after consultation with the service hotline on 0180-3523333 (9 cents/min. from a Deutsche Telekom landline, mobile network charges may vary).

Within Germany, shipping is free for orders over €69 – for orders under €6.99.

Outside Germany, shipping costs are calculated based on weight: Parcel delivery within (0–31.5 kg): €29.00
Freight forwarding (31.51–200 kg): €149.00
