The CLARIS filter cartridge also features a reservoir at its lower end containing natural active ingredients that stabilize the water in the tank and thus reduce limescale deposits at the bottom of the tank. This works entirely without additional energy or intervention, simply through the natural movement of the water in the tank, which gently flows through the reservoir. The upper part of the CLARIS filter cartridge uses ion exchange and activated carbon in the upflow principle to filter exactly the right amount of water for a perfect cup of coffee.

Thanks to RFID technology, the fully automatic machine also detects whether a filter is inserted and automatically activates the appropriate mode. It continuously collects information about filter usage and notifies you when the filter capacity is exhausted. This not only makes filter changes easier than ever, but also allows CLARIS Pro Smart+ to maximize its effectiveness.

CLARIS Pro Smart+ complements the proven professional upflow principle, which filters exactly the right amount of water for every coffee preparation, with a reservoir containing natural active ingredients. The advantage: Due to its natural movement, the water always flows gently through this reservoir and is stabilized by contact. This leads to less limescale deposits and ensures maximum cleanliness in the water tank.

Suitable for all tap water
Thanks to their innovative formula, the filter cartridges are suitable for all tap water types worldwide. The extremely effective granules always filter out limescale to the optimal level (even with low water hardness) and reduce harmful and flavor-impairing substances like chlorine more efficiently than ever before. Minerals and fluorides, which act as important flavor carriers, are retained. Optimal limescale stabilization in the water tank and efficient filtration during coffee preparation ensure the best hygiene and optimal water quality for a perfect coffee aroma.

Within the 25-month manufacturer's warranty, you can assert your legitimate claims against Jura as the manufacturer. (The extended 25-month warranty period does not apply to household products used commercially or to Jura Commercial X-Line machines. These continue to be covered by a 12-month warranty.)

Of course, you will also retain your statutory warranty rights (e.g. subsequent delivery in the form of new delivery or repair) against us as your contractual partner without restriction.

JURA fully automatic coffee machines that were not purchased from an authorized dealer are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

In the event of a warranty claim, we will arrange for the device to be picked up from your location free of charge by a parcel service and take care of the repair. It is important that the device is securely packaged for return shipment. Upon request, we can provide you with an appropriate outer box.

Warranty conditions:
For appliances designed for household use, JURA Elektrogeräte Vertriebs GmbH grants the end user a manufacturer's guarantee in addition to the warranty rights vis-à-vis the seller, subject to the following conditions, provided that the JURA appliance was purchased from a specialist dealer authorized by the JURA distribution network:
The warranty period is 25 months and begins on the date of sale to the end user. The warranty period is limited to 12 months if the device is used commercially (not in a private household). The purchase date and device type must be verified by a purchase receipt.

JURA will remedy all defects within the warranty period. JURA will provide warranty service, at its discretion, through repair, replacement of defective parts, or replacement of the machine. The performance of warranty service does not extend or restart the warranty period. Replaced parts become the property of JURA.
The warranty is void for damage or defects resulting from improper connection, improper handling, attempted repairs by unauthorized personnel, or failure to follow the instructions. In particular, failure to follow JURA's operating and maintenance instructions or the use of consumables (cleaning agents, descaling agents, water filters) that do not meet the original specifications will also void the warranty. Wear parts (e.g., seals, grinding discs, valves) are excluded from the warranty, as is damage caused by foreign objects in the grinder (e.g., stones, wood, paper clips).

Warranty services are provided in the Federal Republic of Germany. For devices purchased in one EU country and brought to another EU country, services are provided within the framework of the JURA warranty conditions applicable to that EU country.
Warranty services in Germany are carried out by JURA Elektrogeräte Vertriebs GmbH, Nuremberg, or by other JURA service centers authorized by JURA, after consultation with the service hotline on 0180-3523333 (9 cents/min. from a Deutsche Telekom landline, mobile network charges may vary).

Within Germany, shipping is free for orders over €69 – for orders under €6.99.

Outside Germany, shipping costs are calculated based on weight: Parcel delivery within (0–31.5 kg): €29.00
Freight forwarding (31.51–200 kg): €149.00
