This cast iron cooking surface has a smooth and a ribbed side, making it suitable for a wide variety of cooking methods.
Equip your Kamado Big Joe with a cast-iron grill plate. This fantastic plate is part of the Divide & Conquer cooking system and, together with the other separately available FCR inserts, ensures a sophisticated, ingenious grilling experience.
The enameled cast iron plate is inserted into the cooking rack of your Kamado Big Joe grill at the desired level, allowing you to easily create temperature zones and customize the grill surface.
All other "Divide & Conquer" inserts for the Cooking Rack are also available in halved form and can be combined on the rack to create different cooking levels and grilling surfaces.
