This stand mixer is slightly taller and larger than the stand mixer with a tilting motor head. The bowl also locks securely into place, ensuring it stays stable even with heavy loads.

The lever allows you to gently lower or raise the mixing bowl. The bowl is securely attached at three locking points for maximum stability. The ergonomic handle allows you to easily position and lift the bowl, even when full.

11 speed levels for absolute control

The Artisan 5.6 L Stand Mixer has 11 different speed settings, giving you power and control from high to low and everything in between. So you can tackle even the most intricate recipe. At half speed, delicate ingredients like blueberries and egg whites are gently folded in, keeping the air in the batter and not overbeating the ingredients. Just as if you were folding them in by hand. Then, for fast whipping, simply set the speed directly to level 10. The soft-start function prevents splashing, keeping your kitchen as clean as possible. Thanks to the planetary beater, you can also rely on our stand mixers to really mix everything in the bowl. The head of the stand mixer rotates in one direction, while the attachment rotates in the opposite direction, allowing for much more thorough mixing. c) The warranty period begins on the date of purchase, i.e. the date on which a consumer purchased the product from a retailer or a company of the KitchenAid Group.
d) The guarantee relates to the absence of defects in the product.
e) Should a defect occur during the warranty period, the guarantor shall provide the consumer with the following services under this warranty, at the guarantor's discretion: repair of the defective product or product part, or replacement of the product or product part. If a product is no longer available, the guarantor is entitled to replace the product with one of equal or higher quality.
f) If the consumer wishes to make a claim under the guarantee, he must contact the country-specific KitchenAid customer service centers or directly the guarantor at KitchenAid Europa, Inc. The guarantor or the KitchenAid customer service center will decide which guarantee service will be provided (replacement of the product or a product part or repair) and whether it is necessary to send in the product or product part.
g) The costs of repair, including replacement parts, and the postage for delivery of a defect-free product or product part shall be borne by the Warrantor. The Warrantor shall also bear the postage for returning the defective product or product part, provided that the return of the product or product part was requested by the Warrantor or the country-specific KitchenAid customer service center. However, the consumer must bear the costs of adequate shipping packaging for the product or product part.
h) The prerequisite for claiming the guarantee is the presentation of the receipt or invoice.

When claiming under the warranty, please enclose the purchase receipt and a detailed description of the fault with the defective device.

2) LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY
a) The warranty applies only to products used for private purposes. If the products are used for professional or commercial purposes, the warranty does not apply.
b) The warranty does not apply in case of normal wear and tear, improper or abusive use, failure to follow the instructions for use, use of the product with incorrect electrical voltage, installation and operation in violation of the applicable electrical regulations, use of force (e.g. blows).
c) The warranty does not apply if the product has been modified or altered, e.g. conversion from 120V devices to 220-240V devices.
d) Warranty services do not extend the warranty period, nor do they initiate a new warranty period. The warranty period for installed spare parts ends with the warranty period for the entire device.
e) Further or other claims, in particular claims for damages, are excluded unless liability is mandatory by law. After the warranty period has expired or for products not covered by the warranty, KitchenAid customer service centers are still available to the end customer for questions and information.
