KoMo PK 1 – Our gem with rough edges
The PK 1 has been a success story since 1992 – a classic with character. Featuring a powerful 360-watt industrial motor , durable corundum ceramic grinding stones , and solid beechwood construction, this grain mill is perfect for demanding households of up to five people.
Whether soft or hard grains, pulses, or coffee beans – the PK 1 reliably processes your ingredients into fine flour. Simply adjust the desired grinding level by turning the hopper and get started. And as with all KoMo mills: tool-free opening of the grinder is included.

- Soft grains: wheat, spelt, rye, kamut, emmer, einkorn, barley, green kernel, oats (only ground)
- Hard grains & pseudo-grains: corn, millet, quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth (not fine), brown rice, rosehip seeds
- Legumes: chickpeas, lentils, peas, soybeans, lupins
- Spices: pepper, chili, mustard seeds, caraway, fennel, cardamom, coriander, cloves, thyme
- Coffee: roasted beans (separate grinder recommended)
