Care and application
- Clean with hot soapy water and dry thoroughly before first use.
- For the first fry, heat some vegetable or corn oil, swirl the pot around, and then wipe it with a paper towel.
- For best results, cook over medium or low heat.
- Do not sprinkle salt directly onto the stainless steel surface – always add it to boiling liquid or food.
- Never slide the product across the hob; always lift it to avoid scratches.
- Allow it to cool down after use before cleaning.
- If residue remains, fill with warm soapy water, let soak for 15–20 minutes and then clean.
