Care and application
- Clean with hot soapy water and dry thoroughly before first use.
- When heating for the first time, add a little vegetable or corn oil, swirl, let cool and wipe clean.
- For best results, cook over medium to low heat.
- Do not sprinkle salt directly onto the stainless steel surface – always add it to boiling liquid.
- Do not slide the pot across the hob, but lift it to avoid scratches.
- Allow it to cool down after use before cleaning it.
- If residue remains, pour in warm water, let it soak for 15-20 minutes and then clean.
