3-ply PLUS is the new premium range for sophisticated kitchen and cooking needs. 3-ply stands for the three material layers: 18/10 stainless steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. This high-quality multi-layer material is characterized by, among other things, excellent thermal conductivity and even heat distribution, from the base through the walls to the pouring rim. 18/10 stainless steel for a food-safe and hygienic surface; aluminum core for perfect thermal conductivity; and 18/0 stainless steel (magnetic) for optimal use on induction cooktops.
Le Creuset 3-ply PLUS was developed for particularly gentle, low-water, low-fat cooking, as well as healthy sautéing and frying.
