The 18/10 stainless steel lid is shaped to cover the spouts and retain moisture. When used without a lid, liquids can be quickly reduced to a delicious sauce thanks to the pan's wide, flat base. High sides and the depth of the pan provide protection against splashes and spills and make stirring easier. This durable pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction, and oven-safe up to 260°C.
