Before first use
- Remove all stickers and packaging
- Clean the pan with hot dishwater
- Dry thoroughly
Care instructions
- Let the pan cool completely before cleaning it
- Soak for stubborn food residue (15–20 minutes with warm water)
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal brushes
- To maintain the patina, clean only with water (no detergent)
- Do not clean the wooden handle in the dishwasher
- After rinsing, dry thoroughly and store in a dry place
