• Use kitchen utensils made of silicone, wood or heat-resistant plastic
• Do not use metal utensils to avoid damaging the enamel
• Always use on the appropriate hob size (especially on induction)
• Do not push the pan across the hob – always lift it
• For best results, cook over low to medium heat

cleaning

• Allow to cool before cleaning
• Soak in warm water if necessary (15-20 minutes)
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or hard brushes
• Dry thoroughly and store in a dry place
