Signature cast iron sauté pan
This cast iron sauté pan makes frying and sautéing a true joy. In addition to raised sides for boiling down liquids, the pan features a sleek, modern design, including a cool-touch wooden handle and a large counter-grip for easy grip and maneuvering. This attractive pan is suitable for any heat source, except the oven (due to the wooden handle). To protect the wooden handle, it should not be washed in the dishwasher.
The cast iron retains heat very well, perfect for even cooking and frying. Your delicious creations also stay warm on the table longer.
A helping hand: Thanks to the counter handle, it is easy to lift and move between the stove, oven and table.
Not too hot: Cook at a steady, low to medium heat to protect your cast iron and achieve delicious results.
Ages gracefully: The enameled interior develops a natural patina over time, similar to a non-stick surface. The surface also has excellent food-release properties. Clean the product only with water to allow the patina to develop.
