Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560 – Digital Charcoal Grill and Smoker
The Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560 combines classic charcoal flavor with modern digital controls. It's suitable for smoking, grilling, baking, and roasting, offering a wide variety of cooking methods in a single appliance. The main cooking area consists of a reversible cast iron grate, which you can use for grilling or smoking, depending on your needs. Two chrome-plated griddles above this expand the overall cooking surface – ideal for large gatherings.
The grill is controlled via the digital control panel on the side shelf or conveniently via smartphone using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. In the Masterbuilt app, you can set the smoking time and temperature, monitor the internal temperature with the included thermometer, and access numerous recipes and a shopping list function. The grill reaches approximately 105°C in about 7 minutes and 370°C in about 13 minutes – perfect for slow smoking or searing.
The side-mounted GravityFed™ fuel container holds charcoal or briquettes and continuously feeds the grill with fuel via gravity. This allows you to cook for more than 12 hours without refueling. The DigitalFan™ regulates the airflow and maintains the set temperature.
