The Masterbuilt Gravity Series™ 560 is a digital charcoal grill and smoker that combines multiple cooking methods in one unit. It lets you smoke, grill, bake, or roast. The charcoal grill features a main cast iron grill surface that can be reversed depending on the cooking method (smoking/grilling). Above it, the Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560 features two additional chrome-plated grill grates. This creates a total grill surface that can cook 4 ribs, 8 poultry, 37 sausages, or 21 burgers simultaneously.

Easy operation via digital control panel or smartphone
The Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560 Smoker is operated either via the digital control panel located on the side shelf or via a smartphone and the free Masterbuilt app. Gravity Series 560 Control OptionsUsing the app, you can, for example, set the smoking temperature and time or monitor the meat temperature with the standard meat thermometer. The app also contains over 250 recipes and a shopping list function. The smoker reaches a temperature of 105°C in around 7 minutes and a temperature of approximately 370°C in another 6 minutes, making it quickly ready for use. The grill chimney is supported by the DigitalFan™, which regulates the air supply, enables precise temperature control and maintains the set cooking temperature. The fan blows hot air under the grill surface.

Grilling, smoking, roasting for more than 12 hours
The side GravityFed fuel container has a large capacity and, similar to a pellet grill, is loaded with charcoal or coal briquettes from the top. This allows you to cook meals for over 12 hours without having to refuel! Gravity ensures that there's always enough fuel available for even embers by constantly feeding it.
