The installation of replacement parts from other manufacturers will void this warranty. Discoloration of plastic parts caused by the use of chemical cleaners or exposure to sunlight is not covered by this warranty.

Also excluded from this warranty are: scratches, dents, paint damage, coatings, corrosion or discoloration caused by heat or abrasive and chemical cleaning agents, and chipping on porcelain-coated parts and components used in the installation of the gas grill.

If the condition of a part deteriorates so much (rust or burn through) within the warranty period that it is no longer functional, a replacement part will be provided to the customer.

After the first year, NAPOLEON, under this President's Limited Lifetime Warranty, may, at its sole discretion, discharge any warranty obligation by refunding the original purchaser the wholesale price of any defective warranted part.
