For the true barbecue fanatic, a spit is a must. And what could be better than cooking large pieces of meat or poultry with a spit over the fire of the OFYR cooking unit or cooking delicious meals in a hanging pan? The same set is available for the OFYR 85 and 100 cooking units. The set consists of two very stable stainless steel stands that are cleverly attached underneath the cooking plate, two stainless steel intermediate tubes (one for the 85 models and one for the 100 models) that are firmly connected to the top of the stands, a spit with a rotating hook with two large and two small holders for clamping the meat or poultry, and an S-hook for hanging a pan. The fire causes the posts, intermediate tube, and spit to become very hot. It is therefore advisable to always use the OFYR spit with heat-resistant gloves such as the OFYR gloves. To maintain the original feel of the OFYR cooking unit, no motor is offered to rotate the spit.
