Perfect temperature control for versatile grilling
With The Bastard Urban Compact, you can precisely control temperatures between 80°C and 350°C – ideal for slow & low cooking, baking, smoking, and direct grilling. The improved airflow ensures even heat distribution and maximum charcoal efficiency.

Note for first use:
The ceramic needs to get used to high temperatures. During the first three uses, the grill should not be heated above 200°C to avoid stress cracking.

Safety notice:
Be careful when opening the lid to avoid sudden oxygen supply and thus flash flames.
