With The Bastard Urban Large Complete, you can precisely control temperatures between 80°C and 350°C – perfect for slow & low cooking, baking, smoking, and direct grilling. The optimized ventilation allows for precise control of the embers and maintains a constant temperature for hours.

? Note for first use: The ceramic needs to get used to high temperatures. During the first three uses, the grill should not be heated above 200°C to avoid stress cracking.

? Safety note: Always be careful when opening the lid to prevent sudden oxygen supply and flash flames.
