The Concept series features the unique, multifunctional lid found in the award-winning Concept Pro and Concept Plus series. A practical measuring scale inside the cookware helps with precise measuring of liquids, and an optimized pouring rim allows for clean pouring of sauces. The modern handles are oven-safe up to 200°C.
The encapsulated base is suitable for all stovetop types. Concept products are made of 18/10 stainless steel, making them ideal for induction cooktops. For low-fat cooking, frying pans, casseroles, and the wok feature a three-layer, PFOA-free coating with excellent non-stick properties.
