Nowo Titanium Cast Iron Pan – 26 cm with Detachable Handle
The Nowo Titanium cast iron frying pan with a 26 cm diameter combines robust materials, superior functionality, and maximum ease of use. With a capacity of 1.8 liters and a height of 50 mm, it's ideal for all kinds of stir-fries – from crispy fried potatoes to succulent fish or aromatic vegetables. Its cast aluminum construction ensures fast, even heat distribution on all stovetops, including induction. This allows you to achieve perfectly cooked dishes without burning or uneven cooking.
Of particular note is the extremely robust, five-layer titanium-diamond coating. It allows for virtually fat-free cooking, is cut- and abrasion-resistant, and therefore also suitable for use with metal kitchen utensils. The high quality of this pan is further enhanced by the practical, removable handle – ideal for space-saving storage, increased safety on the stovetop, and oven use up to 300°C.
