Diamond Lite Induction Grill Pan. This series is strong thanks to a new, revolutionary casting technology. The square pan features a cut- and abrasion-resistant five-layer diamond coating. The approximately 8 mm thick cast thermal base with a full-surface stainless steel base promises optimal heat transfer, rapid heat distribution, and excellent heat retention, which does not warp even at high temperatures. The handle is secured with a cast-in brass threaded bushing and can be removed. The pan is oven-safe up to 250°C. Suitable for all stovetops, including induction. Dishwasher safe.
