Heat the pans at a low to medium temperature to achieve optimal results and protect the coating. Let them come to temperature slowly so that the heat distributes evenly. Preferably use kitchen utensils made of wood or silicone to protect the surface.
On sensitive cooktops, always lift the pans instead of sliding them. This avoids potential damage to the bottom and the cooktop.

- Remove food residues with warm water and mild dish soap.
