Thanks to its removable handle, the grill pan transforms into an ovenproof dish in no time – ideal for dishes that are first seared on the stovetop and then finished cooking in the oven. The square shape provides a particularly large grilling surface and offers enough space for several steaks, portions of vegetables, or fish fillets at once.
