QUICK-READ THERMOMETER
Its official name is the Big Green Egg Quick-Read Digital Food Thermometer. And we're not overpromising. The thermometer electronically displays the temperature of your leg of lamb or stuffed chicken in just a few seconds, accurate to within one degree (up to 300°C!). Practical: The thermometer is pocket-sized, and the handle also serves as a convenient storage tool.
The Quick-Read Digital Food Thermometer from Big Green Egg is small and compact. You can always have it with you to check if your roast is cooked. It automatically turns off after 5 minutes to conserve battery life (batteries are included).
