The Broil King guarantee supplements your statutory rights, in particular your warranty rights against the seller. It applies additionally and voluntarily through Broil King Deutschland GmbH.

The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser, provided they are a consumer and use the appliance for personal use. The prerequisite is that the grill is registered within 24 months of purchase at www.broilking.de. The warranty begins on the date of purchase and is valid for normal use, as well as proper assembly, maintenance, and care according to the owner's manual. The warranty is non-transferable.

Stainless steel base: lifetime

Stainless steel grates & burners: 15 years

Cast iron grates, Flav-R-Wave™, side/rear burners: 15 years

Other components: 15 years

Baron, Signet & Monarch:

Lid & die-cast parts: lifetime

Stainless steel grates: 5 years

Cast iron grates: 2 years

Flav-R-Wave™, side/rear burner: 2–10 years

Other components: 2 years

Crown:

Cover, die-cast & base: 10 years

Cast iron grates & Flav-R-Wave™: 2 years

Burner, side & rear burner: 5 years

Other components: 2 years

Royal & GEM:

Lid & die-cast: 10 years

Cast iron grates & Flav-R-Wave™: 2 years

Burner & side burner: 5 years

Other components: 2 years

Warranty coverage:
Coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship, including rust or burning, under normal use. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge (at Broil King's discretion).

Not covered:

Damage caused by improper use, accidents, grease fires, pests

Superficial damage (scratches, rust, discoloration)

Normal wear and tear, weather conditions, force majeure

Damage caused by incorrect gas types or incorrect commissioning

Commercial use

Spare parts not from Broil King

Costs after 2 years (shipping, installation/removal, service trips)

Notes:
Use only original Broil King replacement parts. The lifespan of stainless steel burners depends heavily on care and use. Warranty claims are limited to the original purchase price. For replacement parts, the remaining warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Extensions are not possible.

Warranty case:
Contact your dealer or Broil King directly. Please have the following information available: your receipt, model/serial number, a description of the defect, and photos/videos if necessary. Without a receipt, the serial number will be used to determine the warranty period.

Outside Germany, shipping costs are calculated based on weight: Parcel delivery within (0–31.5 kg): €29.00
