Real cold brew at the touch of a button

They're popular, they're trendy, they're hip: cold brew specialties. Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, the GIGA W10 prepares them in no time at all, simply at the touch of a button. While many conventional cold coffee drinks consist of hot, cooled coffee, the GIGA W10 uses cold water, pulsing, and high-pressure extraction, similar to the espresso method. The result in your cup is a true cold brew: a natural, energizing, and easily digestible refreshing drink that brings out the coffee's fruity flavors without being overpowered by bitterness. Anything else would just be cold coffee.

Two ceramic disc grinders, two bean containers

For the ultimate in professionalism, the GIGA W10 features two precision grinders with grinding discs made of high-quality, durable ceramic. The two connected bean hoppers each hold 650 grams. This configuration allows you to select the ideal coffee variety for every cup. Enjoy hot specialties from a classic, more intense roast, for example, and cold brews from a trendy, fruity bean variety. Of course, always according to JURA's motto: freshly ground, not capsuled.

Pay cashlessly, manage conveniently centrally

The GIGA W10 features the new Pocket Pilot 2.0 payment and management system. With Pocket Pilot 2.0, both cashless payment and central machine monitoring work without any additional infrastructure. This is made possible by "Payment Connect," which can be conveniently installed in the GIGA W10. The web-based system is free and requires no software installation. After creating a JURA Pocket Pilot 2.0 account, you have access to a comprehensive machine management system that leaves nothing to be desired.

Within the 25-month manufacturer's warranty, you can assert your legitimate claims against Jura as the manufacturer. (The extended 25-month warranty period does not apply to household products used commercially or to Jura Commercial X-Line machines. These continue to be covered by a 12-month warranty.)

Of course, you will also retain your statutory warranty rights (e.g. subsequent delivery in the form of new delivery or repair) against us as your contractual partner without restriction.

In the event of a warranty claim, we will arrange for the device to be picked up from your location free of charge by a parcel service and take care of the repair. It is important that the device is securely packaged for return shipment. Upon request, we can provide you with an appropriate outer box.

Warranty conditions:
For appliances designed for household use, JURA Elektrogeräte Vertriebs GmbH grants the end user a manufacturer's guarantee in addition to the warranty rights vis-à-vis the seller, subject to the following conditions, provided that the JURA appliance was purchased from a specialist dealer authorized by the JURA distribution network:
The warranty period is 25 months and begins on the date of sale to the end user. The warranty period is limited to 12 months if the device is used commercially (not in a private household). The purchase date and device type must be verified by a purchase receipt.

JURA will remedy all defects within the warranty period. JURA will provide warranty service, at its discretion, through repair, replacement of defective parts, or replacement of the machine. The performance of warranty service does not extend or restart the warranty period. Replaced parts become the property of JURA.
The warranty is void for damage or defects resulting from improper connection, improper handling, attempted repairs by unauthorized personnel, or failure to follow the instructions. In particular, failure to follow JURA's operating and maintenance instructions or the use of consumables (cleaning agents, descaling agents, water filters) that do not meet the original specifications will also void the warranty. Wear parts (e.g., seals, grinding discs, valves) are excluded from the warranty, as is damage caused by foreign objects in the grinder (e.g., stones, wood, paper clips).

Warranty services are provided in the Federal Republic of Germany. For devices purchased in one EU country and brought to another EU country, services are provided within the framework of the JURA warranty conditions applicable to that EU country.
Warranty services in Germany are carried out by JURA Elektrogeräte Vertriebs GmbH, Nuremberg, or by other JURA service centers authorized by JURA, after consultation with the service hotline on 0180-3523333 (9 cents/min. from a Deutsche Telekom landline, mobile network charges may vary).

Within Germany, shipping is free for orders over €69 – for orders under €6.99.

Outside Germany, shipping costs are calculated based on weight: Parcel delivery within (0–31.5 kg): €29.00
Freight forwarding (31.51–200 kg): €149.00
