The JURA Z10 is a masterpiece of Swiss engineering and doubles the range of coffee specialties. At the touch of a button, it prepares all hot coffee variations – from intense espresso to the trendy flat white – as well as genuine cold brew specialties. This is made possible by the revolutionary Product Recognising Grinder (PRG), which automatically and instantly adjusts the grind for each specialty.
With the Cold Extraction Process, the Z10 opens up a completely new universe of coffee enjoyment: Cold water is pulsated and forced through freshly ground coffee under high pressure, creating a naturally refreshing drink with clear fruit aromas – without bitter substances.

Product Recognizing Grinder (PRG)
The electronic PRG recognizes the selected coffee specialty and adjusts the grind setting optimally in fractions of a second. The range extends from very fine for short, intense coffees to coarse for extended specialty coffees. Optionally, the grind can be individually adjusted before each cup using the Aroma Selection.
Cold Brew – extremely fresh
Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, true cold brew is created: cold water, pulsating extraction, high pressure – and a particularly fruity, refreshing aroma without bitterness. Perfect for modern trendy drinks.
8th generation brewing unit
The unique 3D brewing technology ensures even extraction across all layers of the coffee puck. The result: maximum flavor, for both hot and cold brew.
