The JURA Z10 is a masterpiece of Swiss engineering, doubling the range of classic and modern coffee specialties. At the touch of a button, it perfectly prepares the entire spectrum of hot beverages – from intense espresso to the trendy flat white. Simultaneously, it opens up a new universe of coffee enjoyment with authentic cold brew creations. At its heart is the innovative Product Recognising Grinder (PRG), which automatically adjusts the ideal grind for each specialty, guaranteeing consistently optimal results.
Cold Brew – naturally fresh & aromatic
With its Cold Extraction Process, JURA sets new standards. Cold water is forced through freshly ground coffee powder in a pulsating motion under high pressure. This creates a refreshing cold brew with fruity notes, free from bitterness – an experience that clearly stands out from conventionally cooled coffee.
Brewing unit Generation 8 – 3D brewing technology
The 8th generation brewing unit uses 3D brewing technology to ensure that the coffee grounds are extracted evenly across multiple levels. The result is maximum aroma extraction – for both hot and cold brew.

The Z10 is intuitively operated via its twice-as-fast 4.3” touchscreen and Blue Crystal Rotary Switch. The specialty selection menu offers a clear structure and quick access to all coffee specialties. The wave-design water tank and the elegant filter housing showcase the attention to every detail.
