Application & Care

• Before first use, clean thoroughly with hot soapy water and dry well
• When cooking, use kitchen utensils made of silicone, wood or heat-resistant plastic
• For best results, cook over medium to low heat
• Never push the product over glass ceramic or hotplates – always lift it
• Allow to cool after use, then clean
• If food residue sticks, soak the product in warm soapy water
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal brushes
• After rinsing, dry thoroughly and store in a dry place
