Le Creuset bread knife - The long, strong, serrated blade of this bread knife cuts through hard bread crusts and slices through soft meats without causing a massacre. Even tough sausages like salami or hard-shelled fruit are no problem with this knife. The elegant stainless steel handle with its seamless design meets the highest hygiene standards. The blade is made from 64 layers of highly corrosion-resistant Damascus steel, which protect a V-Gold-10 steel core. Its extreme hardness (61±2 HRC) ensures that the blade stays sharp for a long time with proper care. The stainless steel handle and Damascus steel blade appear to be made from a single piece and are therefore particularly easy to clean. To maintain the sharpness of the blade and to protect the knife from damage, we recommend cleaning it by hand with dish soap and hot water. Handle sharp knives with care. Not dishwasher safe.
