With the Digital Smoker MES 140 B 40", Masterbuilt offers the perfect entry into the world of professional smoking. The electric smoker features digital temperature control, taking care of most of the work for you.
The convenient electric smoker features a patented filling system for smoking chips. It allows you to add smoking chips during the smoking process without opening the door. This way, neither smoke nor heat is lost.

Enjoy the convenience of a Masterbuilt smoker and sit back while your Masterbuilt does the work for you. Delicious ribs, poultry, pulled pork, or that festive goose: it's child's play with the Masterbuilt smoker.
Unlike many other manufacturers, this electric smoker operates digitally. This means that the temperature is not regulated analogously; instead, a digital control element monitors the temperature and automatically intervenes in the heating process if any deviations occur.
To do this, simply fill the smoker with smoking chips and set the temperature and cooking time. The Masterbuilt electric smoker takes over from there, so it only needs to be refilled approximately every hour for longer smoking sessions.
To enhance the flavor, smoking chips can now be added during the cooking process using the filling system attached to the side.
