The set combines an all-purpose knife and a santoku – both perfectly balanced, extremely sharp, and equipped with high-quality walnut handles. The blades are made of corrosion-resistant Damascus steel with a solid VG MAX steel core. A hardness of 61 (±1) HRC ensures lasting cutting power. The hand-finished hammer-finish surface is not only a visual highlight but also reduces the sticking of food to the blade.
The symmetrically shaped handles made of fine walnut wood fit comfortably in the hand and allow you to work precisely – regardless of whether you are right- or left-handed.
