The graphite-colored Fidji salt mill is an ode to the Peugeot adventure. Its wasp-waisted body, in a magnificent, slightly metallic anthracite gray, plays with the light, delicately revealing the wood grain. It harmonizes perfectly with the brushed stainless steel head. Made of beechwood from guaranteed sustainably managed forests, this manual salt mill is turned, varnished, and assembled in our workshops in France. With its clean lines, the 15 cm graphite-colored Fidji salt mill sits perfectly in the hand. The rotary knob allows you to adjust the salt grinding level. The more it is turned, the finer the salt, and vice versa. For optimal performance, this salt mill requires dry salt crystals (rock salt) up to 4 mm in size.
