The 16 cm mill features a completely new feature that simplifies filling the reservoir and simultaneously increases the salt capacity: the elimination of the vertical center axis! It is also equipped with the patented U'Select grinding adjustment system. The salt grinding degree can thus be easily adjusted to suit the dish being prepared. Choose a coarse grinding degree for meat and foie gras.
