Equipped with Peugeot's patented u'Select adjustment system, it offers 6 grinding settings: 1 for the finest, 6 for the coarsest. Simply turn the adjustment ring at the base of the mill to select the grinding setting that best suits your taste and your dishes. The proof of the pudding is in the pudding!
