Cast iron roasting pan with lid – 34 x 26 cm
The cast iron roaster combines traditional cooking skills with modern functionality. Made from solid cast iron, it offers excellent heat conduction and retention, ensuring your dishes cook evenly and become exceptionally flavorful. The extra-rough enamel coating on the inside intensifies the flavor of the meat juices and creates delicious roasted aromas with every dish.
The specially designed lid features a self-drip system. Rising moisture collects on the inside of the lid and drips evenly back onto the food – for juicy, tender results without any additional basting. With its robust construction and elegant appearance, the roaster is perfect for braising, roasting, baking, and serving directly at the table.
