With the new Smart HX® dual-circuit system – HX stands for Heat Exchanger – the proven heat exchanger technology has been rethought. Smart features offer additional convenience and allow you to focus on what matters most: the perfect espresso experience.

An additional sensor in the brewing group inlet ensures near-perfect temperature control of the thermosyphon. A sophisticated control system guarantees that the set temperature is maintained. This combines the temperature consistency of a single-circuit machine with the flexibility of a dual-circuit machine.

In HX mode, the machine operates like a regular dual-circuit system. The boiler temperature can be easily adjusted via the PID.

The Flush Advisor (FLU) extends the HX mode by recommending a flush if the machine has overheated due to prolonged inactivity. It can also be activated and displayed via the PID and ensures you can always brew your espresso at the ideal temperature.

Thanks to intelligent control technology, Brew Temperature Control (btC) mode allows you to directly adjust the brewing temperature, ensuring brewing temperature stability. For this purpose, we use a sensor mounted on the head of the brewing group that measures the temperature.

The pre-infusion (Pi) can also be precisely adjusted with the Mechanika MAX. Active and passive pre-infusion are set separately, allowing for precise adjustment to individual taste.

The machine features a timer function that allows you to schedule the machine's operating times in advance. This feature allows you to set when the machine should automatically turn on and off.

The Mechanika Max is a state-of-the-art machine that offers a wide range of customization options thanks to its extensive features. With a total of 19 different menu items, you can adjust the machine to your preferences and thus enjoy a personalized coffee experience.
