Kai Shun – Santoku 19 cm (traditional all-purpose knife)

The Kai Shun Santoku is a true all-rounder in the kitchen. As a traditional Japanese all-purpose knife, it's ideal for fish, meat, and vegetables—hence the name "Santoku," which translates as "three virtues." The 19 cm long, extremely sharp blade glides effortlessly through a wide variety of foods, ensuring clean, precise cuts in every application.

Thanks to the wide blade shape, you can easily pick up the cut material after cutting and continue processing it immediately – ideal for fast and efficient work. Whether you cook Asian or European dishes – the Santoku is universally applicable and will quickly become your favorite knife.

The knife is made of 32-layer stainless Damascus steel with an exceptionally hard VG MAX core (61±1 HRC). The convex grind and manual honing create a sharpness unmatched by any other knife. The ergonomic pakkawood handle sits comfortably in the hand and offers perfect control with every movement.
