3-ply stands for the three material layers: 18/10 stainless steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. This high-quality multi-layer material is characterized by, among other things, excellent thermal conductivity and even heat distribution. It saves time and energy and is suitable for all types of stoves. 3-ply pots allow for low-fat cooking and frying, as well as gentle, low-water cooking.
Even heat distribution from the bottom to the rim. Practical pouring rim for easier pouring. Riveted handles that remain grippable during cooking.
