The high-quality 3-ply multi-layer material is characterized by excellent heat conductivity and retention, as well as even heat distribution. It saves time and energy and is suitable for all stovetop types, including induction. The term 3-ply comes from English and stands for three layers: 1. Interior: 18/10 stainless steel, the ideal food-safe surface 2. Center: The continuous aluminum core ensures perfect heat conduction from the base to the rim. Our 3-ply products enable low-fat cooking and frying, as well as gentle, low-water cooking. The set consists of three professional pots in the sizes Ø 16 cm (1.9 liter capacity), Ø 18 cm (2.8 liter capacity), and Ø 20 cm (3.8 liter capacity). Even heat distribution from the bottom to the rim. Practical pouring rim for easier pouring. Riveted handles that remain grippable during cooking. Measurement scale on the inside of all uncoated pots. Suitable for all hob types, including induction. Can also be used in the oven. Dishwasher safe.
