Cast iron roaster with extra-high sides – 24 cm
Thanks to its extra-high sides, this cast-iron roaster offers a particularly large capacity. It's perfect for soups, stews, and other dishes that you want to prepare in large quantities—for example, if you're cooking for 8 to 10 people. The roaster also makes a stylish focal point on the table.
The heat-resistant lid knob is temperature-resistant up to 260°C and can be gripped securely – even with oven gloves. The bright, enameled interior makes cleaning after cooking much easier.
With the generous handles, you can easily and safely transport the roaster from the stovetop to the oven and straight to the table – even with oven gloves.
This roasting pan is versatile and suitable for all common heat sources – whether oven, stove, induction hob, or the grill function in the oven. The cast iron distributes heat evenly and retains it for a particularly long time – ideal for ensuring your food is not only perfectly cooked but also stays warm for a long time.
The tightly fitting lid keeps the moisture inside and ensures particularly tender, aromatic results.
