Rinse your Le Creuset product with hot, soapy water before first use. Finally, rinse it thoroughly and dry it. Cooking: Protect yourself – always use oven mitts when handling hot items. When using in the oven with the broiler function, always keep a distance of at least 6.5 cm (2.5 inches) between the heat source and the top of your product.
