- Bowl made of stainless steel.
- Bowl lid made of polyethylene.
- With the included lid, the dough can remain in the bowl to rise.
- Thanks to the high edge of the lid, the dough can rise higher than the edge of the bowl.
- The bowl fits all Assistent models from N1–N30.
